30 Day Challenge

I am going to try doing 30 day challenges starting on October 1st. Basically a 30 day challenge is finding a specific goal or task and doing it for 30 days which is the length of time to form a habit.

I am not sure what ill do first. Maybe run 3 miles per day on top of my regular workout or finish one of my programming books.  You have any ideas?
