SuperBowl Victory By Giants

POSTED BY Joel on Feb 3 under Sports

Eli Manning led the giants to a shocking victory over the Patriots in the SuperBowl today. The Patriots had gone 18-0 this season, steamrolling every team. But when pretty boy Tom Brady started getting hit by the best defensive line in football, he couldn’t handle it. The result was a Giants win 17-14.

SuperBowl Sunday: Undefeated New England Patriots vs. Upstart New York Giants

POSTED BY Joel on Jan 31 under Sports

The SuperBowl is on Sunday and fans all across the world are planning SuperBowl parties. Nick Fitzer invited me to his friends party at a bar the guy’s dad owns in Tacoma. I am thinking I will probably do that so I can visit my brothers or grandparents while I’m down there. [...]

Seattle SuperSonics Need To Shut UP!

POSTED BY Joel on Jan 27 under Sports

I don’t care and have never cared about the Supersonics. I do not want to have to pay them more money out of my damned pocket so that their 17 fans in Seattle can continue to watch them.
If you don’t know what I’m talking about, in 2006 a group of businessmen from Oklahoma City [...]

BCS BS

POSTED BY Joel on Dec 1 under Sports

Once again, the top two teams in the Bowl Championship Series have been beaten. This means that Ohio State most likely will play for another championship against a two-loss team. Right now there are about 10 different teams with about equal rights to play in the championship game. How will this be [...]

Flag Team Lost in Semi-Finals

POSTED BY Joel on Nov 4 under Sports

My flag football team lost in the semi-finals of the playoffs tonight. I had fun, but our quarterbacks sucked.

Great Game

POSTED BY Joel on Nov 4 under Sports

I watched the San Diego Chargers vs. Minnesota Vikings game tonight and it was pretty entertaining… two big NFL records were set unexpectedly. Adrian Peterson had the biggest rushing game ever with 296 yards and a Charger had the longest play in NFL history (returned a missed field goal from the back of the [...]
