Direct Loan Servicing Center Garbage
One more sign of government inefficiency: The Direct Loan Servicing Center through dl.ed.gov sends me an automatic email on a monthly basis to remind me to pay my loan bill. For the last THREE months the email has contained the WRONG links. I have tried to email them back several times, but there is no easy contact method. The error here is huge… I am not the only person who manages his loan through this website, rather tens of thousands of people do. It is completely ridiculous that I have to go Google the Direct Loan Servicing Center just to pay my bill- and how many less technologically literate people have been missing their payments?!
