I remember meeeting Fred for the first time. It was at his Fraternity Sigma Chi at a gathering about 4 years ago. We then hung out more and more. He eventually asked for my number. He was so sweet, polite and funny. We soon went to live out parties, Tommy’s, Earl’s, and the Loony Bin together. He helped me box stuff up one drunken night while listening to 2Pac and Fiddy Cent. So many memories out in Belltown and on the Ave. I have never met a guy who was as well liked before. It was too soon for him to go. He was so smart and had so much going for him. I cant believe he is gone. I pray he is in a better place now.
