Gliffy

Some time ago, I came across a wonderful new little web application named Gliffy. Gliffy is a free tool much like Microsoft Visio, but far easier to use and understand. Gliffy enables you to quickly create floor plans, flow charts, organizational flow charts or any other kind of visual diagram aid you might need.

I have used Gliffy to create several pretty diagrams for work and have been able to impress my superiors without having to spend hours slaving over Photoshop or Visio. The tool isn’t perfect yet and I don’t think it would work for the highest end marketing materials, but it makes for a great way to make simple diagrams and charts. I especially recommend it for business students who are putting together class reports- it will blow away your professors.

  2. No problem, Debi! Gliffy is a great little design tool and I wish Microsoft Word and PowerPoint incorporated it’s easy to use features so I could put together better business proposals at work.

  3. ….or get them all hooked on Gliffy using our org account option 😉
Seriously, thanks again for the post and your use.
