Good Eats and Drinks
Jason Robinett invited me over to his sister Rachelle’s place for wine and pizza and movies. We watched the entertainingly ridiculous “Live Free or Die Hard” and “Rescue Dawn” starring Christian Bale as a Viet Cong captive. We relaxed and shot the breeze, it was nice.
Tonight, the legendary chef Ian is coming over to my place to prepare a feast. I wanted to learn how to make beef tartare, so that is what we are having as our main course. Our other buddies Fletch, Eric and Luke will also be in attendance. Mmm… beef tartare, salad, other sides, wine and beer. I can’t wait till 5 pm!
