Great Video: NEVER TALK TO THE POLICE!!!

A prestigious law professor makes a great argument for why you should NEVER, under ANY circumstances, speak to the police about ANYTHING! He discusses the fact that there are over 10,000 different laws, many of which no one has any ideas that they are actually illegal and by talking to the police you can eventually have some of your statements come back and bite you hard.

So watch this video and remember: NEVER TALK TO THE POLICE!

Why shouuld you not talk to the police? Because it can NEVER help you. The Miranda statements say ANYTHING you say can and WILL be used against you. It does not say it can ever help you. A person who is guilty (or even innocent) should never tell the police that. 86% of federal crimes have the criminal admit he or she is guilty BEFORE the trial begins. It’s much more difficult to convict someone who has never admitted any form of guilt.

So what is the moral of the story? NEVER, EVER SPEAK TO THE POLICE!!!!!!!!!!

Interesting huh? I like how Officer George Bruch just says it like it is: people are stupid. People talk to the police and say ridiculous things. He says that people like to tell their stories.

SO REMEMBER: ALWAYS PLEAD THE FIFTH AMENDMENT AND NEVER SAY ANYTHING TO THE POLICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!
