Intuit PaymentNetwork Trap

I have spent 45 minutes on the phone with Intuit’s PaymentNetwork waiting for someone to help me. I’ve talked to 3 people (one transferred me to another) and still haven’t had my problem solved. I have been waiting on hold for the last 15 minutes after refusing to buy some new gimmick they are selling and asking for someone who can help me. Ugh.
