I am trying out outsourcing some menial personal tasks to someone over an internet connection. Tasks like blog commenting, article submissions, basic site testing and other stuff will be done by a helper instead of me. Hopefully, I will find someone reliable and trustworthy to take care of this stuff.

Where are you finding your leads from? I suggest rentacoder.com if you haven’t used this resource already. One of the benefits of using Rentacoder is it’s arbitration system — set up to protect you against contract violations.
I’m doing the same. It’s hard to find the perfect person to check-off your tasks for you, and do it right, however. HR is a f***ing challenge.
