I was working a couple weeks ago and was doing some research on the site digg.com and they had a link to this list of the “The 25 Most Exquisitely Sad Songs“- a compilation of the saddest songs according to the reviewers at Spinner. You can play each song on the site, so I listened to the whole list while I was working… most of them are good, here’s my analysis (asterisks are stars):
