I am very happy about that. Our dumb legislators are trying to throw out the baby with the bath water. We are about to lose our basic freedoms in America and if that happens, I am going to move to another country. The greedy titans who made bad decisions on Wall Street need to lose everything to teach them not to take such ridiculous risks next time. The legislators are just afraid of seeing their rich cronies get thrown out on the streets and have a new class of entrepreneurs rise up in their place. Somehow I knew this new Bush administration shanagan(not sure of the spelling)would've only served as a bandaid solution to an irresponsible greed. Though I'm not American, I do not wish to see my fellow taxpayers bailing out cold corporate financial giants out of their own shit hole the rich pigs pooped themselves in. Originally I thought the problem was much simpler and that the 700 Billion dollar of stolen....I mean...voluntarily donated government treasury might've given the economy a lift. I think it would've worsen the situation in the long run. Government stepping in to take care of business, why does that sound like...communism to me? What happened to the ideals of a free market?
